Here is the Facebook page linked to consultation on Regeneration of Langley Court. It provides links to John Thompson & Partners (architects) and Altessen (joint venture between Essential Land and Altyon - see project no.3) and other associated companies. It appears that a planning application is expected to be submitted 'late 2011'.

The former research facility off South Eden Park Road has been bought by investors and, once developed, is estimated to be worth £150 million.
According to Bromley Times, two community planning days were held on Saturday 14 May and Wednesday 25 May. Residents were to be given the lowdown on the decisions following the consultation.
