Visit the award-winning* Croft Tearoom CIC (Community Interest Company non-profit) in St Mary Cray. It provides a lovely venue for local people & businesses to meet and relax and only serves home-made/baked foods, using locally sourced ingredients from 20+ small food producers & farms in Kent.
There is also a weekly Country Market (and another monthly one in Orpington Village Hall). Carole Wells who started the Croft Tearoom is heavily committed to re-generating the old High Street.
