A global art project is transforming the identities of local young people, to showcase a wealth of creativity within the town. Young students from Bromley College, a singer-songwriter, a fashion designer and a freerunner were among the first to capture their images during a photo shoot on 30th July as part of the Inside Out Orpington project. You can view a selection of the portraits here. Over 50 young people from across town have collaborated on the project so far. Inside Out Orpington aims to unleash local creativity and talent through black and white photographic portraits, bringing untold stories together to discover, reveal and share with the local community. This project is an action of the Inside Out global participatory art project that transforms messages of personal identity into pieces of artistic work. |
